Perform the following steps to register and activate your user account:
  • 1.Visit account.fourreck.com/authentication/customer/registration.
  • 2. Complete the registration process by following the steps provided.
  • 3. Once done with the registration, you will receive a mail containing all the necessary information. You will also be redirected to the login page.
  • 4. Upon filling the Username & Password, you will be asked to enter the licence key to activate your profile (mentioned on the metallic card in the Fourreck kit box)
  • 5. Wait till we authorise your account from the backend. Soon you will receive a confirmation mail.
  • 6. Login to your account using the credentials provided at the time of registration.
Perform the following steps to install Fourreck Player App on Screen:
  • 1. Turn on your Screen and go to Google Playstore.
  • 2. Search for the “Fourreck Player” App and install it.
  • 3. Open the app and note down the 10-digit code shown on it.
  • 4. Use this code to add a screen in your CMS.
After login, you will be first redirected to your dashboard which has all the important links and data related to your digital signage. (Check here: What is dashboard?)
After that, follow the steps given below to add a screen:
  • 1. Click on the “Screen” option under services.
  • 2. Click on “Add new” and select “Device Type”.
  • 3. Enter your preferred device and add a desired name for the screen.
  • 4. The pairing code or the 10-digit code on your screen will connect your screen to CMS.
  • 5. If you have multiple screens and you want to publish the same content on all, you can group them together. With this, you can publish your desired content to all the screens in one click

  • 7. Finally, hit on Add, and boom, we have successfully added the screen and linked it to our CMS!
A channel helps to manage all the data. You’re required to add all the media files and apps in a particular channel and schedule it according to your preference. You can also apply transitions, change layouts and do much more exciting stuff!
Perform the following steps to create a channel:
  • 1. Click on add channel.
  • 2.Enter the name of the channel.
  • 3. Choose your preferred orientation and add a description, if required.
  • 4. Now you can add any type of media, use inbuilt apps, and choose your favourite layout options.
  • 5. When you click on add content, the Media window will pop-up. You can directly add your media by navigating through pages or sort the data by choosing the categories.
  • 6. Click on save.
Just think of Playlist like your mobile playlist. Let’s say you have to play the same content multiple times in a month and that content contains multiple files. So, to make your job easier, you can create a playlist and add those files. With this, you don’t have to play those files manually every time. You can also schedule it for a particular period of time whenever you want!
Perform the following steps to create a channel:
  • 1. For creating a playlist, we will simply click on add new, we will enter the name and description for the playlist.
  • 2. Create a new playlist using the “Add New” option.
  • 3. Add the desired content to the playlist one by one.
  • 4. Set the duration for each content.
  • 5. That’s it! Enjoy your playlist whenever you need it!
Media is one of the most important sections of CMS. Here, you can upload all the items which you need to play on the screens. Any type of media like Image (like JPG, PNG), Video (MP4, MKV), or Documents (Word, PDF, PPT) can be added.
Follow the steps given below to add media:
  • 1. Click on upload and simply drag your file to the upload section or select them by pressing left click on your mouse.
  • 2. Choose the file from your local drive and that’s it! You have successfully uploaded the file from your local drive to Fourreck cloud. Now, you can access this media anywhere.
  • 3. Create folders or subfolders to keep your media sorted.
Fourreck has inbuilt apps, which are very important to carry out your regular tasks. These apps make your screens more engaging and informative. Here are a few inbuilt apps we offer:
  • Notifi 2.0: It is used to create custom notifications and publish them on your screens. Below is a quick guide to use Notifi 2.0:
    • Click on Notifi 2.0
    • Add a new instance
    • For creating a new notification, click on add new and enter the required details like the name of the notification, end date, etc.

  • News: You can create multiple instances for the news app. For example, you can display two different types of news (global and local). Below is a quick guide to use News:
    • Click on add instance
    • Enter the name and description for the instance
    • Eter the name and description for the instance
    • Select the scale
    • Select post delay (Here you mention the time in seconds)

  • Weather: Just like the other apps, you can create the instances for weather also.
    • When you open the weather instance you will see two options: location and temperature
    • Location as the name suggests will be used to show the weather of that location
    • Temperature we have Celsius and Fahrenheit, choose the mode according to your preference
